Pre-Budget Scrutiny 2025-2026: The Committee will take evidence as part of its Pre-Budget Scrutiny from— Shona Struthers, Chief Executive Officer, Colleges Scotland; Professor John McKendrick, Commissioner for Fair Access; Gareth Williams, Head of Policy, Prosper; Professor Iain Gillespie, Convener, Universities Scotland; and then from— Richard Maconachie, Director of Finance, Lynne Raeside, Deputy Director of External Affairs, and Karen Watt, Chief Executive, Scottish Funding Council. 3. Evidence Session (in private): The Committee will consider the evidence it heard earlier under agenda item 2.
