Subordinate legislation: The Committee will consider the following negative instruments— St Mary’s Music School (Aided Places) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2022 and Education (Scotland) Act 1980 (Modification) Regulations 2022 3. Annual report (in private): The Committee will consider a draft annual report for the parliamentary year from 13 May 2021 to 12 May 2022. 4. Evidence Session (in private): The Committee will consider the evidence it heard earlier under agenda item 1.
