1. Colleges Regionalisation Inquiry: The Committee will take evidence from— Andrew Anderson, Class Representative, and Alex Bryson, Class Representative, Fife College; Micole Cochrane, Student Association Development Officer, West Lothian College Student Association; Heather Innes, Vice President Higher Education and President elect, Highland and Islands Student Association; Kirsten Koss, Depute President Aberdeen/Altens, North East Scotland College Students' Association; Amy Monks, President, Dundee and Angus College Students' Association; John O'Hara, Senior Learner Engagement Manager, New College Lanarkshire Students' Association; Al Wilson, Director, Edinburgh College Student Association. 2. Subordinate legislation: The Committee will consider the following negative instruments— St Mary’s Music School (Aided Places) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2022 and Education (Scotland) Act 1980 (Modification) Regulations 2022 3. Annual report (in private): The Committee will consider a draft annual report for the parliamentary year from 13 May 2021 to 12 May 2022. 4. Evidence Session (in private): The Committee will consider the evidence it heard earlier under agenda item 1.
