1. Subordinate legislation: The Committee will consider the following negative instrument— Police Act 1997 and the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007 (Fees) (Coronavirus) Amendment Regulations 2022 2. Report by Independent Advisor on Education Reform: The Committee will take evidence from— Professor Kenneth Muir, Honorary Professor at the University of the West of Scotland, and former Chief Executive and Registrar of the General Teaching Council for Scotland; Professor Graham Donaldson, Honorary Professor, School of Education, University of Glasgow. 3. Coronavirus (Recovery and Reform) (Scotland) Bill (in private) (in private): The Committee will consider a draft report to the COVID-19 Recovery Committee. 4. Evidence Session: The Committee will consider the evidence it heard earlier under agenda item 2.
