Subordinate legislation: The Committee will take evidence on the Cross-border Placements (Effect of Deprivation of Liberty Orders) (Scotland) Regulations 2022 from— Clare Haughey, Minister for Children and Young People, Hannah Graham, Team Leader, Improving Lives for Care Experience Unit, and Tom McNamara, Head of Youth Justice & Children’s Hearings, Scottish Government; Claire Montgomery, Solicitor, Scottish Government Legal Directorate. 3.
