1. Decision on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether to take item 7 in private. 2. Colleges Regionalisation Inquiry: The Committee will take evidence from— Jamie Hepburn, Minister for Higher Education, Further Education, Youth Employment and Training, Stephen Pathirana, Director Advanced Learning and Science, Helen Webster, Deputy Director for Reform, Directorate for Advanced Learning and Science, and Jess Dolan, Head of Colleges and Economic Impact, Scottish Government. 3. Universities: The Committee will take evidence from— Jamie Hepburn, Minister for Higher Education, Further Education, Youth Employment and Training, Stephen Pathirana, Director Advanced Learning and Science, Shazia Razzaq, Strategic Lead, University Policy, Governance and Equalities, and Roddy MacDonald, Head of Higher Education and Science Division, Scottish Government. 4. Subordinate legislation: The Committee will consider the following negative instrument— SSI 2022/294 Education (Listed Bodies) (Scotland) Amendment Order 2022 5. UK Subordinate Legislation: The Committee will consider a proposal by the Scottish Government to consent to the UK Government legislating using the powers under the European Union Withdrawal Act 2018 in relation to the following UK statutory instrument proposal— The European University Institute (EU Exit) Regulations 2022 EU Exit Legislation 6. Evidence Session (in private): The Committee will consider the evidence it heard earlier under agenda items 2 and 3. 7. Pre-Budget Scrutiny 2023 - 24 (in private): The Committee will consider a draft letter on its Pre-Budget Scrutiny.
