1. Children (Care and Justice) (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will hear evidence from: Natalie Don, Minister for Children, Young People and Keeping the Promise, Brendan Rooney, Bill Manager, Shona Spence, UNCRC Bill team, and Jack Eykelbosch, Economic Advisor, Department for Children and Families, Scottish Government. 2. Subordinate legislation: The Committee will consider the following negative instrument— Nutritional Requirements for Food and Drink in Schools (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2023. 3. Evidence Session (in private): The Committee will consider the evidence it heard earlier under agenda item 1 and review the evidence from last week's meeting.
