Draft Budget Scrutiny 2018-19: The Committee will take evidence on the Scottish Government's Draft Budget 2018-19 from— Roseanna Cunningham, Cabinet Secretary for Environment, Climate Change and Land Reform, Keith Connal, Deputy Director, Natural Resources, Linda Pooley, Deputy Director Rural and Environment Sciences and Analytical Services Division, and Neil Ritchie, Branch Head of Environmental Quality Division, Scottish Government; Graham Black, Director, Marine Scotland. 3. Work programme: The Committee will consider its work programme. 4. Draft Budget Scrutiny 2018-19 (in private): The Committee will consider evidence heard earlier in the meeting.
