4. European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018: The Committee will consider a proposal by the Scottish Government to consent to the UK Government legislating using the powers under the Act in relation to the following UK statutory instrument proposal—
The Greenhouse Gas Emissions (Kyoto Protocol Registry) (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2021.

5. Scottish Land Commission – Reappointment of Commissioners: The Committee will consider correspondence from the Scottish Government.

6. Standards, Procedures and Public Appointments Committee: The Committee will consider correspondence on Standing Order rule changes.
