1. Decision on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether to take item 5 in private. 2. Wildlife Crime in Scotland: 2017 Annual Report: The Committee will take evidence from- Detective Chief Superintendent David McLaren, Specialist Crime Division, Police Scotland; Sara Shaw, Head of Wildlife and Environmental Crime Unit, and David Green, Deputy Head of Specialist Casework & Head of the Scottish Fatalities Investigation Unit (SFIU), Crown Office and Procurator Fiscal Service; Mike Flynn, Chief Superintendent, Scottish SPCA. 3. Subordinate legislation: The Committee will take evidence on the Conservation of Salmon (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2019 from— Simon Dryden, Policy Team Leader, Salmon and Recreational Fisheries, and Keith Main, Policy Manager, Salmon and Recreational Fisheries, Marine Scotland; Dr John Armstrong, Director of Freshwater Fisheries Laboratory, Marine Scotland Science. 4. Subordinate legislation: The Committee will consider the following negative instruments— Conservation of Salmon (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2019; and Conservation (Natural Habitats, &c.) Amendment (Scotland) Regulations 2019. 5. Wildlife Crime in Scotland: 2017 Annual Report: The Committee will consider the evidence heard earlier in the meeting.
