Subordinate legislation: The Committee will take evidence on the Land Reform (Scotland) Act 2016 (Register of Persons Holding a Controlled Interest in Land) (Scotland) Regulations 2021 [draft] from— Roseanna Cunningham, Cabinet Secretary for Environment, Climate Change and Land Reform, Pauline Davidson, Head of Land Reform Policy Team, Andrew Ruxton, Scottish Government Legal Directorate, and Dr Simon Cuthbert-Kerr, Head of Land Reform Unit, Scottish Government. 3.
