Professor Dave Reay, Chair in Carbon Management and Education, School of Geosciences, University of Edinburgh and Executive Director of ECCI.

3. Working group to improve budget information: The Committee will consider an update on the proposed Scottish Government and Scottish Parliament working group to improve budget information.

4. Green recovery inquiry (in private): The Committee will consider the evidence heard earlier in the meeting.
