Historical Sexual Offences (Pardons and Disregards) (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will take evidence on the Bill at Stage 1 from— Michael Matheson, Cabinet Secretary for Justice, Patrick Down, Policy Officer with the Criminal Law and Practice Unit, and Louise Miller, Scottish Government Legal Directorate, Scottish Government. 5.
