Post-legislative scrutiny and the non-implementation of specific Acts of the Scottish Parliament: The Committee will take evidence from— Jamie Hepburn, Minister for Parliamentary Business, Jeff Gibbons, Criminal Justice Division, Simon Stockwell, Family Law Unit, and Nel Whiting, Violence Against Women and Girls Unit, Scottish Government. 3. Post-legislative scrutiny and the non-implementation of specific Acts of the Scottish Parliament: The Committee will consider the evidence it heard under agenda item 2.
