1. Decision on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether to take item 5 in private. 2. Subordinate legislation: The Committee will take evidence on the Equality Act 2010 (Specific Duties) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2022 from— Michael Matheson, Cabinet Secretary for Net Zero, Energy and Transport, Euan O'Neill, Lawyer, and Charles Stewart Roper, Head of Environmental Governance and Strategy Unit, Future Environment Division, Scottish Government. 3. Subordinate legislation: Michael Matheson (Cabinet Secretary for Net Zero, Energy and Transport) to move— S6M-03277—That the Equalities, Human Rights and Civil Justice Committee recommends that the Equality Act 2010 (Specific Duties) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2022 be approved. 4. Ministerial portfolio: The Committee will receive an update and take evidence on matters within her remit from— Christina McKelvie, Minister for Equalities and Older People, Jenny Kemp, Strategic Lead for Gender, LGBTI and Disability Policy, and Nick Bland, Deputy Director, Directorate for Equality, Inclusion and Human Rights, Scottish Government. 5. Evidence Session: The Committee will consider the evidence previously heard at item 4.
