Subordinate legislation: Clare Haughey (Minister for Children and Young People) to move—S6M-01632—That the Equalities, Human Rights and Civil Justice Committee recommends that the Independent Reviewer (Modification of Functions) (Scotland) Regulations 2021 be approved. 4. Civil Justice introductory session: The Committee will take evidence, in a round table format, from— Kay McCorquodale, Executive Director, Judicial Office, Scottish Courts and Tribunals Service; Ruth Crawford QC, Treasurer, Faculty of Advocates; Iain Nicol, Convener of the Civil Justice Committee, Law Society of Scotland; Karen Wylie, Vice Chair, Family Law Association of Scotland; Professor Richard Susskind OBE, Technology Adviser to the Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales. 5. Civil Justice introductory session: The Committee will consider the evidence it heard under agenda item 4. 6. Miners’ Strike (Pardons) (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will consider its approach to the scrutiny of the Bill at Stage 1.
