Pre-Budget Scrutiny 2024-25: The Committee will take evidence as part of its Pre-Budget Scrutiny from— Danny Boyle, Senior Parliamentary and Policy Officer, BEMIS; Alexis Camble, Policy Manager, COSLA; Allan Faulds, Senior Policy Officer, Health and Social Care Alliance Scotland (the ALLIANCE); Mirren Kelly, Chief Officer, Local Government Finance, COSLA; Heather Williams, Training Lead, Scottish Women's Budget Group. 4. Pre-Budget Scrutiny 2024-25: The Committee will consider the evidence it heard under agenda item 3. 5. United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child (Incorporation) (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will receive a briefing from the Scottish Government's Bill Team. 6. Asylum Seekers in Scotland (in private): The Committee will continue its consideration of a draft report.
