Budget Scrutiny 2019-20: The Committee will take evidence on the Scottish Government's Budget 2019-20 from— Derek Mackay, Cabinet Secretary for Finance, Economy and Fair Work, Aidan Grisewood, Head of Tax Division, John Nicholson, Deputy Director for Public Spending, and Graham Owenson, Head of Local Government Finance, Scottish Government. 2. Subordinate legislation: The Committee will take evidence on the Land and Buildings Transaction Tax (Tax Rates and Tax Bands Etc) (Scotland) Amendment Order 2018 from— Kate Forbes, Minister for Public Finance and Digital Economy, and James McLellan, Head of Fully Devolved Taxes Policy Unit, Scottish Government. 3. Subordinate legislation: Kate Forbes (Minister for Public Finance and Digital Economy) to move S5M-15215—That the Finance and Constitution Committee recommends that the Land and Buildings Transaction Tax (Tax Rates and Tax Bands Etc) (Scotland) Amendment Order 2018 be approved. 4. Proposed Contingent Liability (in private): The Committee will take evidence from- Derek Mackay, Cabinet Secretary for Finance, Economy and Fair Work, and David Stevenson, Head of Energy Supply Chain, Scottish Government.
