Budget Scrutiny 2019-20: The Committee will take evidence on the Scottish Government's Budget 2019-20 from— Dame Susan Rice, Chair, John Ireland, Chief Executive, Professor Francis Breedon, Commissioner, Professor David Ulph, Commissioner, and Professor Alasdair Smith, Commissioner, Scottish Fiscal Commission; and then from— Robert Chote, Chairman, Office for Budget Responsibility. 3. Work programme (in private): The Committee will consider its work programme.
