1. Drugs Policy in Scotland: The Committee will receive an update on plans and proposals from—
Angela Constance, Minister for Drugs Policy, Morris Fraser, Head of Drug Deaths, and Michael Crook, Drug Deaths Team Leader, Scottish Government.

2. Negative subordinate legislation: The Committee will consider the following negative instruments—
The Personal Injuries (NHS Charges) (Amounts) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2021 (SSI 2021/60); and The Food Information (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2021 (SSI 2021/70).

3. European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018: The Committee will consider a proposal by the Scottish Government to consent to the UK Government legislating using the powers under the Act in relation to the following UK statutory instrument proposals—
The Nutrition (Amendment) and Food for Specific Groups (Food for Special Medical Purposes for Infants, Infant Formula and Follow-on Formula) (Information and Compositional Requirements) (Amendment) Regulations 2021.

4. Made Affirmative subordinate legislation: The Committee will take evidence on The Health Protection (Coronavirus) (International Travel) (Managed Accommodation and Testing) (Scotland) Regulations 2021 (SSI 2021/74), The Health Protection (Coronavirus) (International Travel) (Scotland) Amendment (No. 6) Regulations 2021 (SSI 2021/81), The Health Protection (Coronavirus) (International Travel) (Managed Accommodation and Testing etc.) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2021 (SSI 2021/107) and The Health Protection (Coronavirus) (International Travel) (Scotland) Amendment (No. 7) Regulations 2021 (SSI 2021/111) from—
Michael Matheson, Cabinet Secretary for Transport, Infrastructure and Connectivity, Craig Thomson, Border Measures Review Team Leader, David Pratt, Policy Lead, Health Performance and Delivery Team, and Peter Brown, Police Enforcement, Liaison and Performance Team, Scottish Government.

5. Made Affirmative subordinate legislation: Michael Matheson, Cabinet Secretary for Transport, Infrastructure and Connectivity, to move—S5M-24146—That the Health and Sport Committee recommends that The Health Protection (Coronavirus) (International Travel) (Managed Accommodation and Testing) (Scotland) Regulations 2021 (SSI 2021/74) be approved.

6. Made Affirmative subordinate legislation: Michael Matheson, Cabinet Secretary for Transport, Infrastructure and Connectivity, to move—S5M-24189—That the Health and Sport Committee recommends that The Health Protection (Coronavirus) (International Travel) (Scotland) Amendment (No. 6) Regulations 2021 (SSI 2021/81) be approved.

7. Made Affirmative subordinate legislation: Michael Matheson, Cabinet Secretary for Transport, Infrastructure and Connectivity, to move—S5M-24262—That the Health and Sport Committee recommends that The Health Protection (Coronavirus) (International Travel) (Managed Accommodation and Testing etc.) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2021 (SSI 2021/107) be approved.

8. Made Affirmative subordinate legislation: Michael Matheson, Cabinet Secretary for Transport, Infrastructure and Connectivity, to move—S5M-24253—That the Health and Sport Committee recommends that The Health Protection (Coronavirus) (International Travel) (Scotland) Amendment (No. 7) Regulations 2021 (SSI 2021/111) be approved.
