National Care Service (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will take evidence on the Bill at Stage 1 from— Kevin Stewart, Minister for Mental Wellbeing and Social Care, Fiona Bennett, Interim Deputy Director for NHS, Integration and Social Care Finance, and Anna Kynaston, Deputy Director of National Care Service (NCS) Programme Design, Engagement and Legislation, Scottish Government. 3. National Care Service (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will consider the evidence it heard earlier under agenda item 2.
