Subordinate legislation: The Committee will consider the following negative instrument— Food Additives and Novel Foods (Authorisations and Miscellaneous Amendments) and Food Flavourings (Removal of Authorisations) (Scotland) Regulations 2024 4. Post-legislative scrutiny of the Social Care (Self-directed Support) (Scotland) Act 2013: The Committee will consider the evidence it heard earlier under agenda item 2.
