Subordinate legislation: The Cabinet Secretary for Health and Social Care to move—S6M-03434—That the Health, Social Care and Sport Committee recommends that the Prohibition of Smoking Outside Hospital Buildings (Scotland) Regulations 2022 be approved. 5.
