European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018: The Committee will consider powers under the European Union Withdrawal Act in relation to the following UK statutory instrument proposal—The Healthcare (International Arrangements) (EU Exit) Regulations 2023 5. Inquiry into female participation in sport and physical activity: The Committee will consider the evidence it heard earlier under agenda item 2. 6. NHS Boards scrutiny: The Committee will consider the evidence it heard earlier under agenda item 3. 7. Winter planning 2023-24: The Committee will consider its approach to scrutinising winter planning and preparedness in health and social care. 8. Annual report: The Committee will consider a draft annual report for the parliamentary year from 13 May 2022 to 12 May 2023.
