Decision on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether to take items 7 to 10 in private. 3. Post-legislative scrutiny: Alcohol (Minimum Pricing) (Scotland) Act 2012: The Committee will take evidence from— Clare Beeston, Public Health Intelligence Principal, George Dodds, Chief Officer, Lucie Giles, Public Health Intelligence Principal, and Tara Shivaji, Consultant in Public Health, Public Health Scotland. 4. Subordinate legislation: The Committee will take evidence on the Mental Health (National Secure Adolescent Inpatient Service: Miscellaneous Amendments) (Scotland) Regulations 2023 from— Maree Todd, Minister for Social Care, Mental Wellbeing and Sport, Dr Aileen Blower, CAMHS Psychiatry Adviser, Ruth Christie, Head of Children, Young People and Families Unit, Douglas Kerr, Scottish Government Legal Department, and Dr Gavin Reid, Principal Medical Officer (Forensic Psychiatry), Scottish Government. 5. Subordinate legislation: The Minister for Social Care, Mental Wellbeing and Sport to move—S6M-10534—That the Health, Social Care and Sport Committee recommends that the Mental Health (National Secure Adolescent Inpatient Service: Miscellaneous Amendments) (Scotland) Regulations 2023 be approved. 6. Subordinate legislation: The Committee will consider the following negative instrument— National Health Service (General Medical Services Contracts and Primary Medical Services Section 17C Agreements) (Miscellaneous Amendments) (Scotland) Regulations 2023 7. Post-legislative scrutiny: Alcohol (Minimum Pricing) (Scotland) Act 2012: The Committee will consider the evidence it heard earlier under agenda item 3. 8. Post-legislative scrutiny: Health and Care (Staffing) (Scotland) Act 2019: The Committee will consider a draft letter to the Cabinet Secretary for NHS Recovery, Health and Social Care. 9. National Care Service (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will consider a draft letter to the Minister for Social Care, Mental Wellbeing and Sport. 10. Abortion Services (Safe Access Zones) (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will consider its approach to the scrutiny of the Bill at Stage 1.
