Abortion Services (Safe Access Zones) (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will take evidence on the Bill at Stage 1 from— Jenni Minto, Minister for Public Health and Women's Health, Simon Cuthbert-Kerr, Deputy Director for Public Health Capabilities, Johanna Irvine, Solicitor, and Ruth Wilson, Senior Policy Advisor, Scottish Government; and then from— Gillian Mackay, Member in charge of the Bill, Scottish Parliament; Simon Cuthbert-Kerr, Deputy Director for Public Health Capabilities, and Ruth Wilson, Senior Policy Advisor, Scottish Government. 2. Subordinate legislation: The Committee will consider the following negative instrument— National Health Service (Common Staffing Method) (Scotland) Regulations 2024. 3. Abortion Services (Safe Access Zones) (Scotland) Bill (In Private): The Committee will consider the evidence it heard earlier under agenda item 1.
