1. Decision on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether to take items 4 and 5 in private. 2. Social Care Stakeholder Session: The Committee will take evidence from— Derek Feeley, Independent Review of Adult Social Care; David Bell, Professor, University of Stirling and CO-PI Healthy Ageing in Scotland (HAGIS); Fiona Collie, Carers Scotland; Henry Simmons, Alzheimer Scotland and Co-Chair of the Fair Work Convention's Social Care Enquiry; Judith Proctor, Chief Officer Group; Nick Watson, Professor, University of Glasgow. 3. Health and Social Care Finance Stakeholder Session: The Committee will take evidence from— Leigh Johnston, Audit Scotland; David Bell, Professor, University of Stirling and CO-PI Healthy Ageing in Scotland (HAGIS); Siva Anandaciv, The King's Fund; David Walsh, Glasgow Centre for Population Health. 4. Social Care Stakeholder Session The Committee will consider the evidence it heard earlier under agenda item 2. 5. Health and Social Care Finance Stakeholder Session The Committee will consider the evidence it heard earlier under agenda item 3 and its approach to pre-budget scrutiny prior to the publication of the 2022-23 draft Scottish budget.
