National Care Service (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will take evidence on the Bill at Stage 1 from— Simon Cameron, Workforce and Corporate Policy Team, Convention of Scottish Local Authorities (COSLA); Gerry Cornes, Workforce Portfolio Lead, SOLACE Scotland; Tracey Dalling, Regional Secretary, UNISON Scotland; Jane Fowler, President, Society of Personnel and Development Scotland (SPDS); and then from— Kevin Stewart, Minister for Mental Wellbeing and Social Care, Donna Bell, Director of Social Care and National Care Service Development, and Anna Kynaston, Deputy Director of National Care Service (NCS) Programme Design, Engagement and Legislation, Scottish Government. 3. Subordinate legislation: The Committee will consider the following negative instrument— Town and Country Planning (Miscellaneous Amendment) (Scotland) Regulations 2022 4.
