1. Decision on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether to take items 6 and 7 in private. 2. Subordinate legislation: The Committee will take evidence on the Valuation and Rating (Coronavirus) (Scotland) Order 2021 from— Tom Arthur, Minister for Public Finance, Planning and Community Wealth, Anouk Berthier, Non-Domestic Rates Policy , and David Smith, Lawyer , Scottish Government. 3. Subordinate legislation: Tom Arthur, Minister for Public Finance, Planning and Community Wealth to move—S6M-01401—That the Local Government, Housing and Planning Committee recommends that the Valuation and Rating (Coronavirus) (Scotland) Order 2021 be approved. 4. Subordinate legislation: The Committee will take evidence on the following affirmative instrument — Relevant Adjustments to Common Parts (Disabled Persons) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2021 from— Shona Robison, Cabinet Secretary for Social Justice, Housing and Local Government, Craig McGuffie, Lawyer, and Naeem Bhatti , Head of Fuel Poverty and Housing Standards Unit , Scottish Government. 5. Subordinate legislation: Shona Robison Cabinet Secretary for Social Justice, Housing and Local Government to move—S6M-01817—That the Local Government, Housing and Planning Committee recommends that the Relevant Adjustments to Common Parts (Disabled Persons) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2021 be approved. 6. Subordinate legislation: The Committee will consider evidence on the Valuations and Rating (Coronavirus) (Scotland) Order 2021 heard earlier in the meeting. 7. National Planning Framework 4 : The Committee will consider its approach to scrutiny, engagement and communications throughout its inquiry.
