1. Decision on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether to take item 6 in private. 2. Subordinate legislation: The Committee will take evidence on the Renewables Obligation (Scotland) Amendment Order 2024 [draft] from— Gillian Martin, Minister for Energy, Just Transition and Fair Work, Karen Dickson, Energy Markets Policy Officer, and Aedan MacRae, Energy Markets Policy Officer, Scottish Government. 3. Subordinate legislation: Gillian Martin (Minister for Energy, Just Transition and Fair Work) to move—S6M-11992—That the Net Zero, Energy and Transport Committee recommends that the Renewables Obligation (Scotland) Amendment Order 2024 [draft] be approved. 4. MV Glen Sannox (Hull 801) and MV Glen Rosa (Hull 802): The Committee will take evidence from— Andrew Miller, Chairman, Simon Cunningham, Non-executive Director and Chairman, Audit and Risk Committee, and David Tydeman, Chief Executive Officer, Ferguson Marine (Port Glasgow) Ltd. 5. UK subordinate legislation: The Committee will consider proposals by the Scottish Government to consent to the UK Government legislating in a devolved area as set out in the following UK statutory instrument proposals— The Biocidal Products (Health and Safety) (Amendment and Transitional Provision etc.) Regulations 2024 The Retained EU Law (Revocation and Reform) Act 2023 (Revocation) Regulations 2024 6. MV Glen Sannox (Hull 801) and MV Glen Rosa (Hull 802): The Committee will consider the evidence it heard earlier under agenda item 4.
