Subordinate legislation: Màiri McAllan, Minister for Environment and Land Reform to move Motion S6M-02578— that the Net Zero, Energy and Transport Committee recommends that the Climate Change (Nitrogen Balance Sheet) (Scotland) Regulations 2022 [Draft] be approved. 4. The role of local government and its cross-sectoral partners in financing and delivering a net-zero Scotland: The Committee will take evidence from— George Tarvit, Director, John Wincott, Chair, Mark Williams, Vice Chair, and Lorna Jarvie, Steering Group Member, Sustainable Scotland Network; and then from— Philip Revell, Chair, Scottish Communities Climate Action Network; Ailsa Raeburn, Chair, Community Land Scotland; Mark McRitchie, Interim Chief Executive, Development Trusts Association Scotland. 5.
