Subordinate legislation: The Committee will take evidence on the Climate Change (Nitrogen Balance Sheet) (Scotland) Regulations 2022 [Draft] from— Màiri McAllan, Minister for Environment and Land Reform, Kirsten Beddows, Head of Agriculture Transformation for Environment and Climate Change, and Dr Tom Russon, Head of Climate Change Legislation, Scottish Government. 3. Subordinate legislation: Màiri McAllan, Minister for Environment and Land Reform to move Motion S6M-02578— that the Net Zero, Energy and Transport Committee recommends that the Climate Change (Nitrogen Balance Sheet) (Scotland) Regulations 2022 [Draft] be approved. 4. The role of local government and its cross-sectoral partners in financing and delivering a net-zero Scotland: The Committee will take evidence from— George Tarvit, Director, John Wincott, Chair, Mark Williams, Vice Chair, and Lorna Jarvie, Steering Group Member, Sustainable Scotland Network; and then from— Philip Revell, Chair, Scottish Communities Climate Action Network; Ailsa Raeburn, Chair, Community Land Scotland; Mark McRitchie, Interim Chief Executive, Development Trusts Association Scotland. 5. The role of local government and its cross-sectoral partners in financing and delivering a net-zero Scotland: The Committee will consider the evidence it heard earlier under agenda item 4. 6.
