1. Decision on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether to take items 4 and 5 in private. 2. Scotland’s Climate Assembly: The Committee will take evidence on the Scottish Government’s response to the Assembly’s recommendations from— Ellie Clarke, Member, Lewis Elliot, Member, Joan Lawson, Member, and Susie Townend, Secretariat, Scotland’s Climate Assembly. 3. Subordinate legislation: The Committee will consider the following negative instruments— Financial Assistance for Environmental Purposes (Scotland) Order 2022 Scottish Road Works Register (Prescribes Fees) Regulations 2022 M8/M73/M74 Motorways (30mph, 40mph and 50mph Speed Limit) Regulations 2022 4. Scotland’s Climate Assembly: The Committee will consider the evidence it heard earlier under agenda item 2. 5. National Planning Framework 4: The Committee will consider a draft letter to the Local Government, Housing and Planning Committee.
