Subordinate legislation: The Committee will consider the following negative instrument— Electricity (Applications for Consent and Variation of Consent) (Fees) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2022 (SSI 2022/310) 4. Scottish Water's Annual Report & Accounts 2021/22: The Committee will consider the evidence it heard earlier under agenda item 2. 5. The role of local government and its cross-sectoral partners in financing and delivering a net-zero Scotland: The Committee will consider its approach to its report.
