Circular Economy (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will take evidence on the Bill at Stage 1 from— Emma Ash, Water Policy Manager, Tracey Reilly, Head of Consumer Markets, and Fraser Stewart, Research Manager, Consumer Scotland. 6. Pre-budget scrutiny 2024-25: The Committee will consider a draft letter to the Scottish Government. 7.
