Scottish Water (Annual Report and Accounts 2022-23): The Committee will consider the evidence it heard earlier under agenda item 4. 7. Circular Economy (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will consider the evidence it heard earlier under agenda item 5. 8. Climate Change (Scotland) Act 2009: The Committee will consider further proposals for a deliberative democracy exercise on section 91 of the 2009 Act (public engagement) involving a People’s Panel.
