Public Audit Committee

1. Decision on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether to take items 3, 4 and 5 in private. 2. Preparing for expiring Private Financial Initiative contracts: The Committee will take evidence from— Neil Rennick, Director-General Education and Justice, Scottish Government; Peter Reekie, Chief Executive, and Kerry Alexander, Director of Infrastructure, Finance and Programmes, Scottish Futures Trust; Teresa Medhurst, Chief Executive, Lorraine Roughan, Project Executive HMP Kilmarnock, and Adam Jobson, Director for Organisational Development, Scottish Prison Service. 3. Preparing for expiring Private Finance Initiative contracts: The Committee will consider the evidence heard at agenda item 2 and take further evidence from— Stephen Boyle, Auditor General for Scotland; Dharshi Santhakumaran, Senior Manager, and Ashleigh Madjitey, Audit Manager, Audit Scotland. 4. Preparing for expiring Public Finance Initiative contracts: The Committee will consider the evidence heard at agenda items 2 and 3 and agree any further action it wishes to take. 5. Work programme: The Committee will consider its work programme.
