UK subordinate legislation: The Committee will consider proposals by the Scottish Government to consent to the UK Government legislating in a devolved area as set out in the following UK statutory instrument proposals— Animal Welfare (Livestock Exports) Enforcement Regulations 2024 Ivory Act (Extension of Meaning Of “Ivory”) (Transitional Provision and Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations 2024 2. Agriculture and Rural Communities (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will consider the Bill at Stage 2 (Day 2).
