1. Decision on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether to take item 3 in private. 2. Pre-Budget Scrutiny: The Committee will take evidence from— Mairi Gougeon, Cabinet Secretary for Rural Affairs, Land Reform and Islands, George Burgess, Interim Director of Agriculture and Rural Economy Directorate, Erica Clarkson, Islands Lead, Rebecca Hackett, Deputy Director, Corporate and Strategy, Marine Directorate, and Craig Stewart, Head of Agriculture and Rural Economy Financial Management and Controls, Scottish Government. 3. EU common agriculture policy reform: The Committee will be given a briefing on the reform of the EU common agriculture policy by one of the Committee’s post-EU exit agriculture policy advisers.
