1. Climate and nature emergencies: The Committee will take evidence from— Terry A'Hearn, Chief Executive, Scottish Environment Protection Agency; Grant Moir, Chief Executive Officer, Cairngorms National Park Authority; Graham Neville, Area Manager for Northern Isles and North Highland, NatureScot; Dr David Signorini, Chief Executive, Scottish Forestry; Andy Wells, Investment and Sales Programme Director, Crown Estate Scotland; and then from— Dr Fiona Read, Policy Officer, Scottish Entanglement Alliance; Dr Alistair Rennie, Project Manager, Dynamic Coast; Danny Renton, Chief Executive Officer, Seawilding; Rachel Shucksmith, Marine Spatial Planning Manager, Marine Science & Technology Department, University of the Highlands and Islands Shetland. 2. UK subordinate legislation: The Committee will consider a proposal by the Scottish Government to consent to the UK Government legislating using the powers under the Act in relation to the following UK statutory instruments— The Sea Fisheries (Amendment etc.) (No.2) Regulations 2021; and The Wine (Amendment) Regulations 2021.
