1. Good Food Nation (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will take evidence on the Bill at Stage 1 from— Polly Jones, Head of Scotland, The Trussell Trust; Pete Ritchie, Director, Nourish Scotland; Tilly Robinson-Miles, Impact and Policy Officer, Food Train; Anna Taylor, Executive Director, The Food Foundation; and then from— John Davidson, Deputy Chief Executive and Strategy Director, Scotland Food & Drink; Karen Galloway, Head of Retail and Insights, Seafood Scotland; Jonnie Hall, Director of Policy, National Farmers Union Scotland; Claire White, Manager, Shetland Food & Drink Limited. 2. Subordinate legislation: The Committee will consider whether the following instrument has been laid under the appropriate procedure— Official Controls (Transitional Staging Period) (Miscellaneous Amendments) (Scotland) (No. 3) Regulations 2021 (SSI 2021/493) 3. Subordinate legislation: The Committee will consider the following negative instruments— Red Rocks and Longay Urgent Marine Conservation (No. 2) Order 2021 (SSI 2021/463); Conservation of Salmon (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2021 (SSI 2021/466); and Official Controls (Transitional Staging Period) (Miscellaneous Amendments) (Scotland) (No. 3) Regulations 2021 (SSI 2021/493). 4. Good Food Nation (Scotland) Bill (in private): The Committee will review the evidence heard earlier in the meeting.
