1. Declarations: Members of the Committee will be invited to declare any relevant interests, and to make a declaration under Rule 9A.5.4A.
2. Choice of Convener: The Committee will choose a new Convener.
3. Choice of Deputy Convener: The Committee will choose a new Deputy Convener.
4. Decisions on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether to take item 5 in private. The Committee will also decide whether its consideration of any issues for its Preliminary Stage report, and its draft Preliminary Stage report, should be taken in private at future meetings.
5. Solicitors in the Supreme Courts of Scotland (Amendment) Bill: The Committee will consider its approach to the scrutiny of the Bill at Preliminary Stage.
