Scottish Information Commissioner Evidence Session: The Committee will take evidence from— Daren Fitzhenry, Scottish Information Commissioner; Margaret Keyse, Head of Enforcement, and Claire Stephen, Acting Head of Policy and Information, Information Commissioner's Office. 3. Evidence Session: The Committee will consider the evidence it heard earlier under agenda item 2. 4. Lobbying (Scotland) Act 2016: The Committee will consider an approach to delivering the evaluation of the Lobbying (Scotland) Act 2016.
