1. Decision on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether its consideration of revisions to the Guidance on the Code of Conduct for MSPs and consideration of its approach to Petition PE1949: Review the rules concerning Dual Mandate MSPs should be taken in private at future meetings. 2. Annual report: The Committee will consider a draft annual report for the parliamentary year from 13 May 2022 to 12 May 2023. 3. Code of Conduct Rule Changes The Committee will consider changes to the Code of Conduct Rules and the Guidance on the code of Conduct.
