1. Decision on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether to take items 3 and 4 in private. 2. Children (Care and Justice) (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will take evidence on the Bill at Stage 1 from— Linda Allan; Kate Wallace, Chief Executive Officer, Victim Support Scotland; and then from— Jim Shields, Service Manager, and Professor Lorraine Johnstone, Consultant Forensic and Clinical Psychologist, St Mary's Kenmure Secure Care Centre; Wendy Sinclair-Gieben, HM Chief Inspector of Prisons for Scotland, HM Inspectorate of Prisons for Scotland; Gerald Michie, Governor, HMP & YOI Polmont, and Sue Brookes, Interim Director for Strategy and Stakeholder Engagement, Scottish Prison Service; Alison Bavidge, National Director, Scottish Association of Social Work (SASW). 3. Children (Care and Justice) (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will consider the evidence it heard earlier under agenda item 2. 4. Post-legislative scrutiny of the Domestic Abuse (Scotland) Act 2018: The Committee will consider a draft report.
