Equalities, Human Rights and Civil Justice Committee

1. Decision on taking business in private: The Committee will decide whether to take items 4 and 5 in private. 2. Proposed Right to Food (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will take evidence on the statement of reasons lodged to accompany the draft proposal from the witnesses outlined below and then decide whether it is content with the reasons given— Rhoda Grant, and Nick Hawthorne, Scottish Parliament. 3. Pre-Budget Scrutiny 2022-23: The Committee will take evidence as part of its Pre-Budget Scrutiny from— Councillor Alison Evison, COSLA; Nina Munday, Fife Centre for Equalities; Mark White, NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde; Paul Bradley, Scottish Council for Voluntary Organisations; and then from— Shona Robison, Trevor Owen, and Emma Harvey, Scottish Government. 4. Pre-Budget Scrutiny 2022-23: The Committee will consider the evidence it heard earlier under agenda item 3. 5. Work programme: The Committee will consider its work programme.
