Subordinate legislation: Màiri McAllan (Minister for Environment and Land Reform) to move—S6M-07603—That the Net Zero, Energy and Transport Committee recommends that the Land Reform (Scotland) Act 2016 (Register of Persons Holding a Controlled Interest in Land) Amendment Regulations 2023 be approved. 4. A modern and sustainable ferry service for Scotland: The Committee will take evidence from— Robbie Drummond, Chief Executive, CalMac Ferries; Stuart Garrett, Managing Director, Kris Bevan, Freight Manager, and Jim Dow, Commercial Director, NorthLink Ferries; and then from— Dag Hole, Director of Ferry Management, Norwegian Public Roads Administration; Harald Høyem, Transport Analyst, Asplan Viak AS. 5.
