The role of local government and its cross-sectoral partners in financing and delivering a net-zero Scotland: The Committee will take evidence from— Fionna Kell, Director of Policy, Homes for Scotland; Tom Norris, Managing Director, Places for People Scotland; Niall Robertson, Director, Building Consultancy, Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL). 3. The role of local government and its cross-sectoral partners in financing and delivering a net-zero Scotland: The Committee will consider the evidence it heard earlier under agenda item 2. 4. Ferry services: The Committee will consider its approach to its future inquiry.
