Circular Economy (Scotland) Bill: The Committee will take evidence on the Bill at Stage 1 from— Phoebe Cochrane, Sustainable Economics Officer, Scottish Environment LINK; Michael Cook, Chief Executive Officer, Circular Communities Scotland; James Mackenzie, Circular Economy Advisor, Action to Protect Rural Scotland; Kim Pratt, Circular Economy Campaigner, Friends of the Earth Scotland. 6. UK subordinate legislation: The Committee will consider a proposal by the Scottish Government to consent to the UK Government legislating using the powers under the Retained EU Law (Revocation and Reform) Act 2023 in relation to the following UK statutory instrument proposals— The Heavy Goods Vehicles (Charging for the Use of Certain Infrastructure on the Trans-European Road Network (Revocation and Consequential Amendments) Regulations 2023 7.
