The role of local government and its cross-sectoral partners in financing and delivering a net-zero Scotland: The Committee will take evidence from— Michael Matheson, Cabinet Secretary for Net Zero, Energy and Transport; Ben Macpherson, Minister for Social Security and Local Government; Gareth Fenney, Head of Heat Networks & Investment; Philip Raines, Deputy Director, Domestic Climate Change; and Ian Storrie, Head of Local Government Finance, Scottish Government. . 3. Programme for Government: The Committee will take evidence from— Michael Matheson, Cabinet Secretary for Net Zero, Energy and Transport; Donald Henderson, Deputy Director, Natural Resources; Anne Martin, Head of Transport Strategy & Coordination; David Pratt, Head of Marine Planning and Development; and Philip Raines, Deputy Director, Domestic Climate Change, Scottish Government. . 4. Scottish Biodiversity Strategy: The Committee will consider a draft letter. 5. The role of local government and its cross-sectoral partners in financing and delivering a net-zero Scotland: The Committee will consider the evidence it heard earlier under agenda item 2 and at its meetings on 21 June and 20 September. 6. Programme for Government: The Committee will consider the evidence it heard earlier under agenda item 3.
